Heidi Day 16 Tuesday

Thought I was going to bed early last night but it was covered in clean laundry. I normally would have shoved it to the side for my husband to fold, but he would have just shoved it to the floor. And it was last week's laundry, and this week's laundry is in full swing... it had to get done. So I folded it all, and then watched TV and ate an orange, some low calorie popcorn, and three packages of fruit snacks.

Today I feel a little better. Found some ingredients to use in recipes from the Trim Healthy Mama cookbook- nutritional yeast to make my own bullion, and 85% dark chocolate to make their chocolate chip cookies.

Breakfast
Shakeology nutrition/protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk, PB2, spinach, and collagen supplement.

Lunch
deli turkey, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, dry seasoning in sprouted grain wrap
orange

Snack
Strawberry lemon slushie (1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, 5 frozen strawberries, 8-10 ice cubes, stevia to taste)

Dinner (almost had leftovers smorgasbord but pulled it together and made a real dinner)


Creamy Herb Chicken (altered from Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook)
2.5 pounds thawed chicken breasts
1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayo (used the olive oil mayo from Caitie!)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 T dried parsley
1 T dried oregano
3/4 tsp mineral salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. Cook 25 min at 425 degrees.
