Day 2 was a long LOOOOONG day. I was snacky the entire day. But I think I did pretty good with controlling the urges to stuff everything in my face. :)
I've been using both LoseIt AND My Fitness Pal and I'm surprised by the differences. On MFP, my daily allotment of calories is 1,480 whilst LI has me at 1,576. I, of course, LOVE that higher number but I'll keep using both to see which one works best for me. :)
Day 3 was my sickie day. I don't get migraines that often but when they hit, I'm sunk. Mine came in the afternoon so for the most of the day's eating time, I was okay. After the headache started, I tried to keep my belly slightly full to counteract the nausea. Usually with migraines, I try to keep my belly empty just in case I get nauseous but that hasn't worked well in the past. Here's to trying something new! And it worked. Some foods still made me want to throw up (of course Mike had to have a Little Caesar's $5 pepperoni pizza). But I found something that sounded relatively soothing-a chicken sandwich. May not be for everyone, but it worked for me! I couldn't finish it but at least it stayed down!
Today has been off to a great start. I feel so much better and my mind is cleared of the after-fog. I'm already getting a little hangry but I know I can handle it!
