Heidi Day 3

It was a good day for me today! 
(despite having the worst case of the hiccups! over two hours long and still going strong...)

Breakfast
Fluffy oatmeal (add 1-2 egg whites in the last minute of cooking the oatmeal over the stove and whisk) with apples, lots of cinnamon and a little stevia.

Snack
Orange

Lunch
whole wheat wrap with deli turkey, pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tiny bit of light mayo
Cucumber slices
Apple slices

*took a nap*

Dinner
Tacos! Used romaine lettuce leaves instead of tortillas, added plain Greek yogurt, ground beef with taco seasoning, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, green hot sauce

*30 minutes on the stationary bike at the gym followed by a 10 minute hydromassage*

If I need a late night snack my plan is one orange and done!
