Heidi Day 4

Breakfast
orange, fat-free cottage cheese with cinnamon and a little stevia (it was gross)

Lunch
whole grain wrap with a little light mayo, 3 slices deli turkey, 1 slice pepper jack cheese, 1 leaf lettuce, 1/2 tomato (ate other half sprinkled with salt)

Snack
orange

Dinner
half slice of pepperoni pizza, 2 rotisserie chicken drumsticks, sugar detox water
