Katie Day 9
Today was a rough one ladies. I still don't feel that great and I was super hungry. I haven't been grocery shopping this week and so I didn't have any fruit or really anything good to munch on, so I didn't munch and was kinda grouchy and just plain hungry all day. I went to pick up the Hubs at lunch time and was so hungry that I suggest that we eat at Subway. I thought a Tuna sandwich sounded good and I can have a 6 in Tuna without cheese for 480 calories - SO NOT WORTH IT! By the end of the day I was so hungry that I wanted to eat anything and everything so we went for a walk which helped burn anout 200 calories. So I didn't blow it today, but I didn't like dieting today due to the fact that I didn't eat smart and so my stomach wasn't very full although I ate up my calories today. Hopefully that makes sense. Im also struggling cause I have only lost like three pounds and I was hoping for a bigger drop in weight this first week. I know that slow and steady is the way to go and keep off the weight for good, but man I just want to be down to by ideal weight quickly so some days it is frustrating!

Calories Burned by Exercise - 211
Not my best day, hopefully tomorrow is better and I sure hope I feel better and can get to the store for some groceries! Until Tomorrow ... Happy Dieting!
