The second scale I bought just last year because it could connect to my phone via the Weight Guru App and allow me to track my weight more accurately. It was an attempt to keep myself honest with myself and to see what my patterns are.
Anyway, they both are slightly different. The WW scale says I'm 204.2, and the WG scale says I'm 203.5. I have decided to use the higher number just because I don't want to get ahead of myself
Given that I am using the higher number, so far this week I am down 10.8 lbs!!! I will say it over and over, THANK YOU KATIE!!! I really needed this push!! Calorie counting is so genius. You don't have to give anything up and if you need volume you achieve that with healthy options (thank you little cucumbers). I have had chocolate, sugar cookie, pizza, and french fries this week but in realistic proportions that don't kill my diet. I don't feel either deprived or hungry. When I get hungry, I eat. I love this plan!! Thanks for doing this with me!! I really needed the boost to get moving. I can already see it in my face.
Don't plan to see this big a number next week. I'm always pretty quick off the gate (as I drop water weight) and then become more reasonable!
