Heidi Day 9

Breakfast
scrambled eggs, cucumber slices

Lunch
oatmeal made with unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, stevia, 1 tsp collagen, 1 tsp gelatin
orange

Snack
two slices of sprouted grain bread with butter and a little fruit spread

*headache*

Snack
Shakeology protein/nutrition shake made with unsweetened almond milk and ice
While I drank this in the kitchen to try and get rid of my headache I could hear my girls in the living room discover a spider and figure out how to dispose of it all on their own. The narrative was hilarious! So I just relaxed and listened to the show. Then Emily came in the kitchen and reenacted it for me :)

Dinner

oven-baked Tyson chicken nuggets dipped in ranch

Late-night Snack
Aargh!!! Why do I do this? I'm so irrational.
2 PB&J sandwiches on whole wheat bread, 3 packages fruit snacks, a few handfuls of goldfish
