Katie Day 3
This will hopefully be short as I have come down with this nasty cold and sore throat and I am super tired and feel yucky.  Unfortunalty this cold has also made me loose a bit of my appetite and so yesterday and today I have been under my calories. Which i fine by me but I also know that in the long run, not eating enough calories will come back and bite me in the backside :)  Here is one small success today... I went to Young Womens tonight (and can I just say YW is torcher for the dieter cause we always have yummy homemade treats) But today I was so good and completely resisted the homemade rice krispie treats!!
Here is my food intake today

Breakfast - 138 calories
Honey Nut Cheerios - 3/4 Cup = 110 cal
Milk - 1/4 cup = 28 cal

Lunch - 268 calories
Leftover Cajun Chicken Pasta

Dinner - 325 calories
Oatmeal - 1 cup cooked = 150 (it felt so good on my sore throat)
Milk - 1 cup = 130
Brown Sugar - 3 tsp = 45

Snacks - 370 calories
Skinny Cow Chocolate Bites - 1 package = 120
Orange Juice - 1 cup = 110
Skinny Cow Icecream Sandwich - 140

Total Calories Consumed - 1101

Now I am headed to bed. Good night my fellow dieters!
