Heidi Day 5

Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs with salsa, 1 slice sprouted grain toast with butter

Snack
1 cup grape juice, 4 sugar cookies with frosting

Lunch
1/2 orange

Dinner
Panera- 1/2 classic salad, 1/2 turkey sandwich

Dropped in bed at 8:30 so there was no temptation to snack! ;)
