Katie Day 2!
Two days down wahoo!! Today was difficult for me emotionally as I had an "ugly" day and was feeling overweight and out of shape and upset with myself for not taking better care of my body. But I am proud to announce that although I was feeling a bit blue and down on myself. I didnt emotionally eat and drown my sorrows in sweets. So yay! Today is Mardi Gras and in the Henrie household we celebrate it. I was worried that our meal of Cajun Chicken pasta was going to be calorie heavy but when we calculated things out it wasn't bad at all. I usually buy French Bread to go with the meal but again since I am dieting we didn't have the bread. And instead of baking a King Cake (although I usually just bake a yummy chocolate cake with chocolate frosting) I made low calorie cupcakes and they are only 113 calories and they are really tasty (don't worry I frosted the kids and the Hubs cupcakes with leftover homemade cream cheese frosting and I had a low calorie glaze on mine so double win) Although I did eat two cause I had a Presidency meeting tonight so I brought the cupcakes and ate one at the meeting as well. Its getting late and I'm tired so here is my food intake for today. Im actually pretty under but its 11:30 at night and Im not hungry.
Breakfast - 130 cal
1 cup cheerios = 103
1/4 cup milk = 28
Lunch - Broccoli Alfredo Left overs = 383
Dinner - Cajun Chicken Pasta = 268
Snacks - 266 Calories
2 chocolate cupcakes
1 Cutie
Total Calories Consumed - 1047
Total Calories Burned by exercise - 115 (I walked home from Music Makers = a bout 1.5 miles)
