I am so glad I am doing this! I’ve needed to so desperately
for sooooo long! I am quite ashamed of how far I’ve let myself go. I have NEVER
been my desired weight but this has gotten out of hand. I’ve got genetics and
laziness in my blood so there’s lots to fight against. I think knowing that I
have this blog and such GREAT support from my friends will make the difference
this time.
I’m going to do a mixup of things that have worked in the
past for me. I will be counting calories to begin with. My gameplan is to have
several meals planned in advance that I can choose from. If I wait until I’m
hungry, then I eat impulsively and that NEVER works out well for me. My ideas
will come from some of the meals that worked well when I did the 21 Day Fix
with Heidi last year. Some are a little extreme and I just ended up being
hangry all the freaking time! Hopefully, I’ll be able to get a groove going
with meals and the guess work will be eliminated. I’ll be taking pics of what I
eat and the activities I do so that I have picture proof of what I do-that adds
to the accountability of things for me. I need that. I’m not a liar but I CAN
dupe myself when it comes to dieting and exercise. J
