Shelley: Day 8- Speedy Post

I'm doing this from my phone so I'm going to keep it short and sweet. After such a great week last week I was ready to push today. I worked out hard. I did some weight lifting today, it was legs and shoulders. Then I ran, and ran. I'm just so sick of feeling fat. I just kept going. But my machine timed out so I had to put in another mile seperatly which is why there are two photos.  Scratch that, I can't get it to work on my phone so I'll just say it. I ran 6.57 miles today keeping my heart rate in the 155ish area. I burned a little over 1,000 cals and it felt awesome!!

You know what else is awesome...Katie!!! Nice work!!!! It's so hard on a trip!!!

BMR CALC (1,760+1,001)-1,674= 1,087 Calorie Deficit today. I'll probably have a weight watchers Popsicle so subtract another 120 cals and it's still a great day!
